Winter holiday student party member study summary
There are many things going on in XX, and there are many things worth learning and thinking deeply. As mentioned in the study notice, this is a very unusual and extraordinary year in the development process of the party and the country. During the winter vacation study, I mainly started self-learning around the contents of the four study topics proposed by the organization. The following is a summary of my study.
Topic 1. Thoroughly implement the scientific development concept, profoundly summarize the great course and valuable experience of reform and opening up, and deepen the understanding and understanding of the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics;
In the year of China's reform and opening up, the economic development and the enhancement of national strength are obvious to all. The first emancipation of the mind "Deng Xiaoping Theory" promoted the formation of the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics, abandoned the class struggle as the key link, established the development of productive forces as the center, abandoned the "big pot" of the planned economy, and implemented the free competition of the market economy. The second important idea of emancipating the mind "xxxx" has given us a theoretical basis for long-term governance, and we can no longer stick to the outdated Marxist theory. The first two theoretical innovations, while guiding China out of poverty and then the country and the people, also produced side effects such as unilateral pursuit of gdp growth, pollution of the environment, destruction of ecology, disparity between the rich and the poor, and polarization.
The "Scientific Outlook on Development" has been hailed as the third emancipation of our Party. It pays attention to people-oriented, from Xiaokang to Datong, builds a harmonious society; abandons the growth of gdp on one side, and strengthens social management, environmental protection, resource conservation and public services involving people's livelihood; breaks through the formation of breakthrough vested interests. The pattern of interests, the establishment of a new distribution mechanism, the scientific secondary distribution, the maintenance of social equity; the establishment of a new social security mechanism to ensure that everyone is able to pass, and strive for a good life.
However, the valuable experience of reform and opening up also tells us that some side effects in the development process are caused by the delay in reforming the political system. Therefore, in his speech at the 30th anniversary of the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, General Secretary Hu also pointed out that to establish a scientific outlook on development, we must promote political system reform: establish a scientific decision-making mechanism and establish a sound supervision mechanism. And transform government functions.
Although our party has already changed the "lifetime system" as a "restricted system" as a major political system reform, I think it is still too slow overall. Through study, I believe that we can do the following: First, select several provinces and autonomous regions in the south as the experimental area for political system reform, and establish a political structure of separation of powers between decision-making, implementation, and supervision to achieve mutual supervision, not the current self. Second, the introduction of competition, further break the monopoly, open communications, transportation and other monopoly industries; Third, open the news media, to a certain extent, cancel the ban, book ban, to achieve public opinion supervision of rights.
Topic II: Recognize the current international and domestic situation, fully understand the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the Party and the Central Economic Work Conference, and improve the ability to analyze and grasp the situation policy;
The Third Plenary Session of the XX Session of the CCP passed the rural reform decision. The most popular of these is "land transfer." In short, the collective land that the peasants enjoy the right to use in accordance with the law is circulated without prejudice to laws and regulations, and the paid transfer is implemented. In essence, this is not the privatization of rural land. Some experts believe that with this "decision", farmers will have the right to control the land, the countryside will be rich, and the farmers will no longer suffer. This is not necessarily the case. The premise is to stop local governments from fraudulently and to ensure the rights and interests of farmers.
Foreign economists believe that China's high economic growth period will end when the global financial crisis and the economy are weak. The Central Economic Work Conference also proposed that the Chinese economy in XX should adhere to the combination of expanding domestic demand and stabilizing external demand, and stressed the basic stability of the RMB exchange rate. The meeting also proposed five major economic tasks, such as strengthening and improving macroeconomic regulation, consolidating and developing the rural economy, promoting economic restructuring, deepening reform and opening up, and solving popular hotspot problems to maintain social stability. Although the government has adopted hard measures including the 4 trillion yuan investment plan and soft measures such as social security, environment and technology upgrades to stimulate the economy, it is still difficult to achieve the goal of “guaranteeing the eight”.
Topic III. Understand the frontier dynamics and development characteristics of China's industrialization, informatization and national defense modernization, and enhance the sense of glory and responsibility for realizing personal life values in the cause of taking a new industrialization path with Chinese characteristics;
The concept of a new industrialization road was first proposed in the XX report of XX, and the tasks and basic requirements of this road were also clarified. However, I did not find any comments on such a general statement in General Secretary Hu’s speech in the reference, and the words “new industrialization” did not appear in the full text of the xx report, but only emphasized the accelerated transformation of economic development. Our party’s report has always been very particular about the use of words, even the tradition of words and phrases. Does this mean the end of the term “new industrialization road”? I did not dare to draw a clear conclusion when I searched for multiple sources of information, so the study of this topic is very confusing.
Topic 4: Seriously study the socialist core value system, vigorously promote the spirit of earthquake relief and the Olympic spirit, and improve the overall quality of socialist builders and successors who have developed morally, intellectually, physically, and aesthetically.
During the Cultural Revolution, spiritual life was poor, and reform and opening up paid too much attention to the development of material, at the expense of spiritual civilization in exchange for the temporary development of the economy. Therefore, General Secretary Hu put forward the argument that "material poverty is not socialism, spiritual emptiness is not socialism", and the construction of the socialist core value system is the main line, which runs through the whole process of national education and spiritual civilization construction, and uses socialism with Chinese characteristics. The ideal cohesive force, the national spirit with patriotism as the core and the spirit of the times with reform and innovation as the core, inspire the fighting spirit, lead the fashion with the socialist concept of honor and disgrace, and consolidate the common ideological basis for the united struggle of the entire party and the nation. This is also very fruitful. Earthquake relief and the Olympics are the concentrated test of the socialist core value system.
In the future, I will continue to strengthen my theoretical foundation learning. After reading the articles of various experts, I will understand it in my own way and strive to understand the deep meaning behind various new theories.
