Since 1998, in the blink of an eye, I have been working in the frontline of ideological and political education in colleges and universities for 11 years. Although I have accumulated a wealth of practical experience, I also feel that my theoretical knowledge is not well satisfied with the new situation. The need for college students' ideological and political education, benefited from the care and support of the leaders, and the privilege of participating in the fourth-phase college teachers' ideological and political theory course 2019, after a month of systematic study and discussion, visits, field experience, themselves I feel that I have benefited a lot, and I have achieved the following three aspects:
First, expand the horizon and grow knowledge
During the three-week period of the National School of Education and Administration, the leadership's caring and thoughtfulness, the theoretical teaching of experts, the intense discussion of the students, and the strict management of the school left a deep impression on me, broadened my horizons and grew my knowledge. . At the opening ceremony, Director Yang Guang, Director of the Department of Social Sciences of the Ministry of Education, expressed his sincere hope that all the participants fully understand and recognize the importance of their work and further enhance their sense of mission, responsibility and glory. The knowledge has been accumulated, and it has also stimulated the spiritual pursuit of continuous learning and continuous growth.
He has participated in three seminars and forums. In the discussion of the situation and policy class, the teachers from 18 colleges and universities introduced the situation of their own school curriculum and the experience of curriculum construction from different angles. Although the situation and policy class is a supplement to the four ideological and political theory courses, the degree of attention of different universities is different. Compared with the brother universities, there is still a big gap between the emphasis on the course and the curriculum construction in my school. During this study and exchange, I will bring the spirit of the conference and the good experiences and practices of my brothers and universities back to the school, and do my best to promote and build this course. In the discussion of major international and domestic current affairs issues that college students are concerned about, the employment problems of college students are considered by our team members to be the most concerned issues for current college students. This makes me feel relieved and stressed by the deputy secretary of the college party committee in charge of student work. I am gratified that the employment problem of college students has caused common concern in all aspects. It is pressured that experts have analyzed the far-reaching impact of the financial crisis on the economies of various countries from different angles, and there is still a long time for the bottoming out of the world economy. This will inevitably exacerbate the problem of college students' employment difficulties. I personally think that the economic crisis has affected the employment quality of our colleges and universities, affecting the employment rate of colleges and universities. Schools must handle the relationship between scale, quality and efficiency in accordance with the requirements of the scientific development concept, vigorously improve the quality of personnel training, and improve the employment of college students. The 92 students in the class are all key teachers from key universities in the country. Second, the most impressive thing about Yan'an Cadre College in China is its on-the-spot experiential teaching. Can the country come to the revolutionary historical sites that have influence throughout the country? Establish a number of on-site experiential teaching points to allow more people to accept this kind of education.
