Material management personnel participate in the company training study summary


From September 8th to December 8th, 2019, I participated in the training of material staff organized by the group company. It is really hard to participate in such training after work. I cherish this learning opportunity. After returning to school by work, the motivation and feeling of learning are different. Through this study , I have gained a lot. The three-month learning experience is now reported as follows:

I. Overview of learning content

In this three-month study , a total of nine courses were opened, namely, Economic Law, Building Materials, Material Financial Audit, Fire Products, Engineering Project Material Management Manual, and Electrical Products. Nine courses, such as "Introduction to Budget", "Purchasing Management Practice", "Accounting Principles and Material Cost Accounting". The Economic Law mainly studies corporate law, company law, and contract law. "Building Materials" mainly studied the basic properties of building materials, stone, gas-hardening cementitious materials, cement, concrete and mortar, wall and roofing materials, construction steel and aluminum, wood and so on. The material content of the “Financial Audit” includes: settlement business, financial reimbursement business, construction enterprise material accounting, material audit. The project materials management manual includes material management post responsibility, material project management, material procurement, transportation, material library establishment and management, supply management, operation team material management, customer property management, material supervision, job responsibilities and work. Claim. The "Introduction to Budget" course is based on road quotas. It explains how to budget, how to find and apply quotas, and how to manage budgets. Purchasing Management Practice mainly includes procurement basis, procurement organization structure, procurement method, procurement planning and budgeting, procurement operation process, supplier development and management, procurement process control, procurement negotiation and contract management, procurement cost control, procurement. Performance evaluation and other content. The accounting learning principle and material cost accounting include the accounting elements and accounting equations, account setting and debit and credit accounting methods, accounting vouchers, accounting books, enterprise production and operation process accounting, and construction enterprise materials and materials accounting. "Electrical Products" learned about circuit knowledge, wire and cable, transformers, and motor knowledge. There is no textbook for "Firework Products", and there are not many students. The teacher verbally explained the types of fireworks and their characteristics.

Second, learning experience and feelings

I used to work mainly in the standard work. The understanding of material management is limited to the content required in the "Program Files", and the material management process is only an abstract and general understanding. Through this systematic study , I know that material management is profound, and it is not an easy task to do a good job in material management. First of all, the ideological understanding of material management has been improved. Material management is an important part of the project management process. The materials used and installed by the project are an important part of the production factors. In the current project, the proportion of funds in the project can reach more than 60% of the amount of Jian'an work. With the increase of modern production level and scientific and technological content, this ratio will reach 70%-80% or even higher. Material management plays a decisive role in the cost management and economic benefits of engineering projects. The quality of material management is related to the win-loss of project management. Material management is not a simple procurement, receiving and receiving materials and storage materials.

Secondly, the quality of materials is the first factor affecting the quality and safety of the project. The small quality problems of the materials may damage the economic interests of the construction unit. Serious cases will lead to major accidents and even directly endanger the safety of personal and property. Therefore, It is possible to ensure the final quality of the project by increasing control over the procurement and supply of engineering materials. At the same time, the procurement of materials must also take into account the schedule of the construction period, not only to ensure production, but also to be wasteful.

In addition, as a material management personnel, their professional ethics and character traits are very important. Whether material management personnel have a sense of responsibility, whether the interests of enterprises are supreme, whether they are willing to study hard, and do a good job in material management. Qualified material management personnel are essential.

The ninth chapter of the "Management Materials Management Manual" specifically refers to the "materials supervision" content. The project department formulates the material supervision methods and corresponding systems, sets up material supervision posts, and supervises the implementation of the relevant materials and policies, policies and regulations of the state and the enterprise. Preventing and eliminating irresponsible and illegal behaviors in the management of materials will help strengthen material discipline, help control the quality of materials supply for engineering projects, reduce engineering costs, improve management standards, and ensure the completion of construction and production tasks. The material supervision posts are different from the other positions in material management. The material inspectors should cooperate with the discipline inspection, supervision, finance and other departments to supervise and inspect the material management work. In our construction units, the material supervision work is generally replaced by the project self-inspection, the competent department of material and materials, and the supervision and inspection department of the superior material authority. No matter whether it is a group company or a subsidiary company, there is no special material supervision position. The content of this chapter tells us the importance of our material inspection position.

This study also gave me a lot of knowledge about financial knowledge and accounting. I used to know how to set up accounts, debit and credit accounting, financial and material relations, and materials. Knowledge in accounting. The knowledge of electrician and building materials was also studied in college before. Basically, I forgot about it. This study taught me to review this aspect. Because of my work experience, I have learned about the motor and materials. Get up to a deeper understanding and make it easier to master.

On December 7th, Minister Li, the material director of the group company, used the end of the study period to tell us about the matters that should be paid attention to in the actual material management, explained the process of material management, the skills of contract negotiation, etc., and taught him as a material. The experience accumulated by management personnel over the years, as well as the nuances that we should have as a material management personnel, and the corresponding requirements for material management personnel.

In this study , there is a class that reminds me of the new class. In that class, the teacher recommended us to read some of the Journey to the West. Although the three-month study of off-campus is over, I know that learning is endless. In the future work, you should constantly learn new things every day and apply what you have learned. Only by constantly learning can we keep our minds new and constantly improve our work standards. Three months of study , the teacher's teaching is only a leading role, more importantly, relying on the hard work of their own daily study and study.

3. Some feelings and suggestions for handling such classes

This study lasts for three months, and the time is relatively long. For our construction unit, we can use the construction prime time to learn from people. It can be seen that the leaders of the group companies and subsidiaries have invested heavily in human resources training. If you can take advantage of such opportunities, it is worthwhile to really learn something. In this study , I feel that the content and time schedule of the class are somewhat relaxed, and the class schedule is not compact enough. The three-month study content can be completed in two months. The important point is: For the two courses of "Project Material Management Manual" and "Purchasing Management Practice", let the teachers who only understand the theory in the school say that it is better to ask the senior material management personnel of the company to combine years of management experience. . An important course of this study , "Purchasing Management Practice", was lectured by a non-teacher, and it was temporarily adjusted. It was said that the teacher was uncomfortable because of the scorpion, and changed one who had never spoken before. The wife of a teacher who has worked in insurance has taught us. Our students generally believe that they are guilty of being fooled and dealing with us. Indeed, after the class was over, we felt that it was not as good and useful as Minister Li’s two-hour lecture.

It is suggested that in the future, the group company or our company should choose a good teacher when organizing similar classes, organize the study time schedule, supervise the learning process, make time and money worthwhile, and let the students really learn the knowledge, especially one. More than a month of training, because of the long time, students and teachers may feel slack, resulting in teachers and students are not serious enough.
