The general content of a training course

This training has three major courses, namely, "Knowledge and Law on Safety Production"; "Basic Knowledge of Safety Technology"; "Safe Production Management of Production and Operation Units".

In the "Legal and Legal Knowledge" course, it mainly focuses on laws and regulations related to safety production, such as the "Safe Production Law", "Occupational Disease Prevention and Control Law", "Labor Law", "Fire Law", "Guangdong Safety Production Regulations", etc. And in this course, I learned about the registered safety officer system. In this course, we have learned that our policy of safe production is “safety first, prevention first”, from the safety and health of workers, from hazard identification, from production conditions, from safety education and safety to workers. Operation, from the safety of production and so on, elucidated the connotation of safety first, from the improvement of safe production conditions, from the regular safety education to improve the safety of workers, from strengthening and improving the safety management work, etc. The main content of prevention is to learn the relationship between safety and production, safety and efficiency.

In the "Basic Knowledge of Safety Technology" course, I mainly studied fire and explosion prevention, occupational hygiene, mechanical safety, electrical safety related knowledge, mainly from the technical level to analyze the various direct and indirect causes caused by accidents, and the actual situation of our company and last year's office. There are several work-related injuries and fire accidents. The knowledge content of this chapter is closely related to our company.

In the "Safe Production Management of Production and Management Units" course, I mainly studied the basic viewpoints of safety production, safety production system management, safety production inspection, special operation personnel management, on-site safety management, safety production education and training, casualty accident management and other related knowledge. This chapter mainly studies safety production from the management and institutional levels.

Two pairs of training courses

1 From the case of various casualties in the state and enterprises, it can be concluded that safety production is very important, because it concerns the life safety and physical health of workers, and is related to the production and efficiency of enterprises. Safety and production, safety and efficiency are not opposites but promote each other's complementary relationship. They cannot be simply divided and must be treated in a unified manner. Safety, work and management should be established and applied in systems, prevention, and scientific perspectives. Therefore, it is a very necessary and important task to strengthen the transformation of the ideological attitudes of all levels of cadres and the study of the skills and knowledge of all employees.

2 The registered safety officer system was a system piloted in Shenzhen in 1994 by the experience of Guangdong and other countries and regions. The significance of the system lies in the provision of full-time production management personnel, strengthening safety production supervision, solving the problem of “no one is in charge” and “not managing”. Through full-time personnel, all employees of the company can enhance the concept of safety and legal system, improve safety production awareness, and master safety production. Technology, learning and applying safe production knowledge, promoting and carrying out various work related to safety production, such as implementing national safety production related laws, regulations and guidelines, establishing and improving safety production responsibility system, safety production management system, work file system, and safe operation Procedures, etc.

3 China's new pattern of safe production is the unified leadership of the government, the department supervises according to law, the unit is fully responsible, and social supervision supports. The company's safety production is fully responsible by the principal responsible person, and the state stipulates the duties and legal responsibilities of the company's responsible person and the registered safety officer in legal form. The principle of safe production is safety first, prevention is the main, the essence of safe production is safe production, everyone is responsible, so the company's safety production related work should be led and directed by the main responsible person and the safety director and lead and all staff Participate in a comprehensive process.

4 The main contents of safety production include: establishing and improving safety production management institutions; establishing and improving safety production rules and regulations; improving safety production conditions; conducting safety production publicity and education; conducting safety production inspection; and strengthening production safety management at production sites ;: Do a good job in accident prevention and accident handling. In the actual situation of the joint company, the above content will be an important aspect and main aspect of our company's future safety work.

5 Direct factors that cause safety accidents Some people's unsafe behavior, the unsafe state of the object, and the indirect factor are the lack of management. People's unsafe behaviors are illegal and disciplinary, ideologically numb, technically weak, lack of knowledge, no training, and so on. The unsafe state of the object has the defects of safety facilities, the defects of objects placed in the workplace, and protection. Defects in supplies, defects in equipment and tools, etc., the lack of management is mainly due to the lack of supervision of people and things, failure to find in time, timely control, timely processing.

The status quo and deficiencies of the safety management of the three companies

According to the three major courses of safety training, I personally think that the current situation of the company's safety production management work is not ideal. From the system construction, personnel management, on-site management and technical environment have to be further strengthened. Although the company's leaders have attracted great attention to a certain extent, they have not been able to deepen and strengthen the safety management work, making it systematic, standardized and meticulous. In combination with the company's current situation, the shortcomings of safety production management are summarized as follows: <1>: The safety production awareness of cadres at all levels is relatively weak, the awareness of safety legal system is relatively weak, the professional knowledge of safety production management, professional knowledge and technology are relatively lacking, and there is no Targeted and purposeful comprehensive education and training for employees' safety production work, guidance and guidance, supervision and inspection, management and control. <2>: The company's three-level four-new safety education and training work for employees is not strong, daily continuous safety education and training, as well as the special education and training for accident workers on accident cases for special operations personnel, work is not strong, work Employees do not have or rarely have the skills related to safety production related knowledge required by their own jobs, and directly engage in relevant work-related positions. After being trained and qualified, they are employed. Special positions are not held. The certificate is on the job, which is the most direct cause and hidden danger of the accident. <3>: There are deficiencies in the cadres' own temperament and the employees' own factors such as learning ability, comprehension ability, practical ability, management ability, communication ability, ideology and morality, cultural knowledge, theoretical cultivation, obedience and discipline, and innovation and change. <4>: Insufficient safety management system and safety culture of the company, mainly the vague management of safety production targets, related safety production responsibility, operating procedures, education and training, inspection and supervision, dangerous operations, safety meetings, emergency plans, on-site management , file management, reward punishment, duty report, accident investigation and other systems are lacking, employees in the company's safety objectives, safety values, safety awareness, safety code of conduct, various safety rules and regulations, recognition and compliance.

It is recommended that the company attach great importance to safety production and safety production management from top to bottom. For the main content of safety production, establish and improve safety production management institutions, establish and improve safety production rules and regulations, improve safety production conditions, conduct safety production publicity and education, and carry out safety. Production inspection, strengthen production safety management at the production site, and do a good job in accident prevention and accident handling.

It is recommended that the company conducts its own training or conducts assessments by the counseling company on the laws, regulations and industry standards for the relevant safety production of grassroots cadres in our company.

It is suggested that the company should work hard to perfect the system and establish the management cadres as an important basis for rewards and punishments, performance, promotion, and salary adjustment.

Through this training, I have a direct new understanding of the theoretical knowledge, ideas, laws and regulations of safety production, and I feel very deeply benefited from it. However, due to the short training time, the training content has been less exposed.
