College teachers self-summary during the assessment period
In the blink of an eye, the three-year evaluation period has arrived. The school has asked for a summary of the individual's three-year situation. I am very embarrassed. I feel that my work enthusiasm is far worse than in the past. The results can only be considered as indicators that are barely in line with the assessment. In fact, since the school asked us to sign the assessment task book, I have generated resistance and is negatively absenteeism. I always feel that the nature of the work of college teachers cannot be assessed with clear quantitative criteria. Once the work of college teachers has the purpose and requirements of utilitarianism, it will inevitably lead some people to do things only for the assessment, and do not seek more efforts. And people like me are still very motivated when there is no assessment requirement. I feel uncomfortable since the assessment began. It seems that I was led by my nose. There is an invisible shackle around my neck. I always try to avoid this constraint. So that the work can not afford to be strong, lazy and scattered, three years have passed.
For the assessment, I simply made a summary of my three years of work and turned it over to the organization.

Secondly, in terms of scientific research, combined with the actual teaching and research situation of sociology, actively apply for teaching and research projects, participate in teaching research, and strive to improve teaching and research capabilities; at the same time overcome difficulties, actively strive for scientific research funds, and over three years of research funding is over-completed. The scientific research tasks required by the school. Finally, in the work, fully coordinate all aspects of the relationship, and work with colleagues to complete the tasks assigned by the school.
