Summary of attending the University Graduate Congress

On November 9th, representatives of the Graduate Student Association were invited to participate in the 19th Graduate Congress of the Central University for Nationalities. Jiang Zhixu, vice chairman of the graduate school, and Jiang Yanfeng, director of the Foreign Affairs Department, attended the meeting.

The conference heard and reviewed the work report of the 18th Postgraduate Committee of the Central University for Nationalities and elected the 19th Postgraduate Committee of the Central University for Nationalities. The conference went smoothly and it was a complete success. After the meeting, we exchanged ideas with colleagues from more than 30 brother universities.

During the participation in the event, I summed up my own feelings:

1. There is an activity in their seminar that is the development of cadre organizations. I think this activity is quite good. The form is more diverse, such as engaging in some psychological activities. I think this is a good way to better understand your own potential and enhance the cohesiveness of the whole team. In addition, they seem to have also engaged in a graduate choir. I feel that such a group activity can not only exchange feelings, but also adjust our daily life and enhance the humanity.

2. During the event, their reception work was done in place. When we went, as soon as we walked into the hall, they had classmates welcoming them in the past, and took us to the corresponding position, leaving contact information, but I think I can leave the qq number, which is not easy to change.

3. Engage in activities to develop your own characteristics. In this activity, the National People's Congress has never forgotten that they are national universities. The characteristics of multi-ethnicity have always been throughout the activities. I feel that this is refreshing.

4. The links between schools can be more conducive to the development of our own school activities, and their activities are more influential. The exchanges between schools are easy to complement each other. For example, if we have a party, we can invite students from the Central Academy of Drama to give us a program. As a result, the quality of our programs will improve, and at the same time, they will increase their chances of exercising. In order to achieve this kind of common progress better, I would like to have more contacts and more exchanges are necessary.

In addition, at this event, I also realized the importance of writing document materials, which needs to be strengthened in future studies. Also, I feel that one of their activities is not enough. When the guides arranged the seats, I felt that I should sit as far as possible and fill the front space. We are full behind this time. There are some vacancies in front. I think It is a place to pay attention to, I don't know if it is right.
