I exercise, I am healthy, I am happy

I exercise, I am healthy, I am happy

There is such a saying: "Life is in motion." Yes, exercise can not only exercise our body, but also enrich our lives and delight our mood. One of my favorite sports is the morning run.

In the morning, just after opening the window, the cool air rushed to the surface, making people feel refreshed. It’s really good weather for the morning run! I got dressed and went downstairs and found that there were already some morning exercises on the square. I speeded up and ran to the left side of the square, ready to run around the square, and take a look at the surrounding scenery.

This is a green path, the sky is covered by stout trunks and scattered leaves. I fixed my eyes and there were quite a few scattered nests on the trunk. I have heard the sound of birds, a very beautiful melody, and a natural breath. I am still running forward, not feeling tired, but feel that my body and mind have been relaxed.

I just ran out of the beautiful path and went to the gym. A variety of fitness equipment and facilities have become a great place for people to exercise. I ran and ran, and I met a grandmother in the morning exercise. It looked like six or seventy. She sits on a exercise machine and exercises her back. I saw a smile on her face. The grandmother’s move confirms the phrase “life is in motion” and also shows that sports can bring happiness to people. Now there is some sweat on my head, but I am still running forward.

Turning a curved bend, I ran to the place of departure. There are quite a few fish in the pond on the left. They are gathered together, just like playing and playing together. Finally, I ran back to the starting point and ended the morning run.

Exercise not only brings health, but also brings happiness. Whether it is my personal experience, or what I have seen and heard, it shows this. Then, why should you stay at home every day as a "house man", join the ranks of athletes and join the national movement!
