Green is in my heart

"Protect the environment, everyone is responsible." Everyone knows this sentence, but how many people have done it? Very few. In the past, this beautiful and vibrant earth has now become full of vicissitudes. Tigers, elephants, Tibetan antelopes, etc., which have been seen in the past, have become endangered species because of human greed.

In this World Expo, the Urban Earth Pavilion is a good example of this. As soon as I entered its door, the noise was heard into my ears. After a few more steps, a darkness enveloped me. The concrete forest was surrounded by the walkway, which made people feel very narrow. The night sky on the ceiling seemed to be swallowed by which fierce beast. Going forward, the waste water filled with garbage in a pool of water is disgusting. In the center of the exhibition hall, a barrel of giant water column shows the per capita water consumption around the world. Looking at these "astronomical figures", I was shocked and unconsciously rubbed the sweat on my forehead. I walked uncomfortably, and the big hourglasses in my eyes came into my eyes. The precious metal in the center of the hourglass was surrounded by various kinds of metal powder. Looking at the above words, I was scared to open my mouth: 10,000 kilograms of related materials per kilogram of copper; 100,000 kilograms of related materials per kilogram of silver; 500,000 kilograms of related materials per kilogram of gold... I can’t help but pinch the entire human Got sweat. I walked with my eyes closed and a huge green earth appeared in front of my eyes. Looking at this beautiful green, my heart finally calmed down a bit. But within a few seconds, the green on the "Earth" disappeared, instead of a piece of high-rise buildings, the exhaust gas rushed into the atmosphere like a volcanic eruption, then the earth turned red at a time, and the magma emerged from the earth's crust. Everything starts from the birth of the earth... I thought about leaving...

Since that trip, I have corrected many bad habits and developed towards a low-carbon life. Saving paper, recycling water, saving electricity, reducing meat, etc. have become my daily habits. I believe that this is the only way to bring back our riddled mother Earth from the edge of destruction and regain its vitality.
