Tan Shuangjian is not satisfied. He borrowed an electrician to study professional textbooks from his colleagues, and bought electrician books from the bookstore. While learning by himself, he explored in practice. In 1999, Tan Shuangjian took the senior electrician certificate recognized by the industry. This winter, an installation company undertook a weak electricity project from the National Weather Service. In 2002, Tan Shuangjian set up his own construction team to undertake circuit electrical engineering. More and more employees, the project is getting bigger and bigger, Hyundai City, Oriental Plaza, Lijun Hotel, Friendship Hospital, Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, etc., have left Tan Shuangjian, some projects have also won the quality award.

At the beginning of 2005, after a series of screenings, Tan Shuangjian led his team to fight at the "Bird's Nest" scene. Every time he went to the construction site, Tan Shuangjian had to turn off the mobile phone and “scan” every detail of the scene like a special agent. At the critical stage of construction, he was too busy to wash his hair every day.

At the end of 2007, the weak electricity project undertaken by Tan Shuangjian was successfully completed. As a construction hero, his name was engraved on the memorial column, and on August 8th he was invited to the "Bird's Nest" to participate in the opening ceremony of the Beijing Olympic Games!
