Reading "Robinson Crusoe"

The book "Robinson Crusoe" tells a young Englishman named Robinson. He wanted to go out for adventure in an hour, and he didn't listen to his parents' advice and started a sea adventure. Unexpectedly, there was an accident, he became the only survivor, trapped on a desert island. Although he had nothing but some necessities, he used his hands to grow wheat, make tables and chairs, make raisins, bread, and even fences for training sheep. All this is incredible to ordinary people, but Robinson did it. He used his knowledge to overcome difficulties and lived on the desert island for 27 years, two months and 19 days before returning to the motherland.

If other people encounter such a thing, they will complain about the unfairness of fate, but Robinson does not. Not only did he not complain, but he thanked God very much and thanked him for letting himself survive. Although he was in an uninhabited island, he prayed to God and read the Bible every day, and once again held a memorial day on the island, thanking God for his kindness and gratitude. Think about it from another angle. If I am him, can I survive in the face of adversity like him? Can I use the only items I have in my hand to survive on the desert island for 28 years? Can I be optimistic about facing reality without giving up hope of escape? I can't do this, most people can't. And he, Robinson did it, and even did better. And this 28-year adventure has become the most precious asset of his life, because he learned to be self-reliant and creative.

I think Robinson should have spent the pain and suffering on the desert island, but he lived a full life every day. Sometimes, he picks grapes and raisins; sometimes he goes out to hunt; he sometimes tamers and squeezes goat milk. He also accidentally discovered that he had pulled out a few tassels in the place where he had shaken the skin. Based on this discovery, he decided to grow wheat and rice for bread. The seeds of the first planting did not emerge, and this experience made him almost an agronomist, harvesting nearly two tons of food. In order to eat more delicious food, he used pottery to cook a pot for soup.

The appearance of the savage "Friday" made Robinson happy. Friday was originally a prisoner who was about to be eaten by the savage. After Robinson’s help, he escaped the fate of being eaten and became friends with him. And teach him English and civilization. Later, Robinson designed a plan to rescue a captain and a good person on board, and took the cargo ship and left the desert island together on Friday.

This book tells us: If you encounter difficulties and dangers, don't give up hope. Just use your wisdom and knowledge to create with your own hands. If you are optimistic and face reality, you can successfully overcome difficulties. Even you can be like Lu. Binson creates a miracle that is beyond himself and everyone imagines!
