First, the guiding ideology

Activity mode

The school-level teaching Hundred Flowers Awards are divided into three stages, namely, the mobilization stage, the school-level hundred flower awards activity stage, and the experience exchange and summary stage.

1. Formulate the school's Hundred Flowers Awards program according to the spirit of the District Baihua Awards, and convene a school mobilization meeting;

2. Each school year shall organize the school's 100 flower awards according to the requirements of the school's Baihua Awards program and the actual situation;

3. Carry out full-featured and diversified teaching and research activities, deeply interpret the curriculum standards, organize learning in the team, the meaning of effective teaching, and the implementation and strategy of effective teaching.

School level flower awards stage

This year's regular "parallel classes" will be carried out in units of the academic year, and the problems that arise will be discussed around the "methods of effective teaching." The teachers of the students of the year of the class set the course first, and jointly analyzed the teaching materials in the collective lesson preparation, and based on the definition of the teaching intention, carefully designed the teaching process and carried out the practice design description. In the Baihua Awards of Jianwen Campus, each teacher will display the public teaching. The teachers in the school year will conduct a group evaluation class, and will select the excellent class to report to the school's Baihua Awards jury. On the basis of this, the judging panel will select the outstanding courses that are representative of their unique teaching styles as the first prize, and the school-level observation class, the whole school teachers observe.
