At this moment, I can’t help but feel excited and excited. A few years of military career will become a beautiful memory in a blink of an eye. Our glorious study, life, and exercise here are the company’s enthusiasm for us from a young man who is not a world leader. Shaped into a strong and resolute warrior, let us from maturity to maturity, become a standard soldier. The troops taught us who we are alive, how to be human, and gave us the pride and ambition to make a difference, and ignited our ideals, beliefs and hopes. The tense and arduous military life has honed the strong will that we can endure hardship, work hard, and be tenacious.
This has laid a solid foundation for our future life path and added horsepower. All of these are inseparable from the help and education of leaders and comrades. Here, on behalf of all the veterans of the company, I would like to express my determination to the leaders and the comrades who stayed in the team as follows:
First, correct treatment to stay and lose, and consciously obey the overall situation of army building.
As veterans who have expired in service, we resolutely obey the organization's arrangements, have a correct understanding of their thoughts, and jump out of the small circle of individuals. In particular, we will never blindly compare the problems of staying and leaving, not counting the gains and losses, treating honors correctly, and never Give problems to the organization and the company, calmly face the loss, obey the overall situation, obey the organization, all from the needs of the troops, proactively assist the organization to do a good job of retiring, and ensure the smooth completion of the retired work.
Second, love the military camp, love the company, and consciously add glory to the collective.
Before leaving the team, we must show our love for the military camp, the deep feelings of our comrades in action, love the collective glory, talk more with the comrades in the team, and use good ideas to encourage the comrades to stay, and we must go with our exemplary actions. Drive the team comrades and pass on our good practices. To this end, we consciously carried out the activities of “three stays, one take away”, namely: leaving a good image, leaving a good experience, leaving a good book and taking away a good style of activity. . Although we are going to leave our beloved company, we are still a soldier, still a member of the company. We must consciously add glory to the group and always be the master of the company.
Third, cherish the friendship of the comrades-in-arms and the reputation of the troops, and consciously abide by the law.
In the face of resignation, we must turn our deep feelings towards our comrades and the love of the company into the motivation for our future work and study. We must learn to handle the relationship between our comrades and maintain a pure and friendly comrade-in-arms. In the last days of our military career, we We must always grasp ourselves, resolutely overcome all kinds of negative and bad psychology, correctly grasp our own words and deeds, do not do anything that is sorry for organizations, leaders and comrades, consciously safeguard the reputation of the troops, and obey the law, self-respect and self-love.
4. Strictly and standardly “stand up to the last class of posts” and consciously return to the countryside.
Before leaving the team, we must do everything seriously, complete every job handed over by the leadership, and earnestly perform our duties, so as to "work in the team for one minute and do well for 60 seconds." On the way home, I strictly demand myself, always maintain the image of the army, do not do things that damage the reputation of the military, and talk about civility and politeness. In particular, we must remember that we have fought in the places where the martyrs have been sleeping, and we must learn from the heroes. Do more good things, do a ride on the road, broadcast a civilization, spread a spring breeze, strive to be an innocent company, worthy of the law-abiding veterans of the leadership and comrades, truly return home, return home safely .
Dear leaders and comrades-in-arms, at this moment, parting soon, we are sour. However, we are grateful to the leaders and comrades for their training and help.
