Our department is an i-level clinical department that integrates clinical anesthesia, nursing, scientific research and teaching. It is responsible for the anesthesia, nursing care and emergency rescue of critically ill patients in the hospital. In order to improve the quality of medical care, reduce the burden on patients, strengthen the construction of the wind, establish an angel image, and take a positive attitude and actively participate in the "Hospital Management Year" activities, we are determined to:
First, strictly abide by the medical and health management laws, administrative regulations, departmental rules and medical care norms, routines, and abide by the professional ethics of medical services.
Second, treat patients equally, regardless of wealth, status, race, gender, age, disability, etc., give equal treatment and care. Create a warm, comfortable, quiet and safe surgical environment.
Third, rigorous and realistic, strive to forge ahead, study medical skills, improve medical technology, constantly update knowledge, provide excellent services to patients with superb anesthesia and nursing expertise, and minimize patient suffering.
Fourth, the use of the overall concept of care to provide patients with physical, psychological, social and other comprehensive care.
Fifth, strive for time for patients with acute illness, organize medical care, actively rescue, and improve the success rate of critically ill patients.
6. Respect the patient's personality and rights, protect the patient's informed consent and privacy, and implement protective medical care without revealing the patient's privacy.
7. Reasonable fees, no arbitrary charges, no high fees. Do not use the power to seek personal gains and accept the patient's red envelope.
8. Accept your opinions with humility and improve the relationship between doctors and patients.
