Smoking cessation book


For the health of myself and others, for all those who care and love me, and for their meager salary, for all reasons to quit, I decided to quit. This decision is not my impulse. It is not for the sake of a moment. What is different from the past is that this smoking cessation action was a matter of deep thought and deliberation. After a fierce ideological struggle, I finally got rid of the contradiction. Make a decision and wave goodbye to the cigarette. The experience of fighting once told me that quitting smoking is not a one-off event. It must have an extremely firm belief and a perseverance. This is a contest between himself and himself. The outcome is only between one thought.
The smoke has been with me for three years and has become a part of my life. It is not a friend but a friend. He is my partner when I was alone, the sharer when I was happy. But for some reason and that, I can only bear to cut my love. I am an old person, especially for feelings. In the past three years, I have developed a deep friendship with cigarettes. It can give me comfort, give me courage, and rely on me. Regardless of whether you believe or not, I regard cigarettes as my best friends. Maybe many people in the world have the same thoughts as me. Now I can only say sorry to this old friend. In order to be able to quit smoking successfully, and in order not to relapse, I made a request for myself and made a plan, as follows:
First, the determination to quit smoking is unwavering. Whenever and wherever, what can happen, you can't give up the belief of quitting smoking. You have to save a day, think about the dangers of smoking, and think less or don't want to smoke.
Second, resolutely resist the temptation of cigarettes. Unaffected by the environment, we must carry out the spirit of silt and not dye, and reserve a sacred pure land for one's heart.
Third, psychologically affecting cigarettes. Never look for any excuse to smoke, even if you are tired and tired again, you can't repeat the same mistakes and fall into the abyss again. Start from the moment, start from every moment, always be vigilant about cigarettes.
Fourth, not bewildered by smokers. Especially for the treatment of special occasions and special circumstances, you can't take it for granted. To proceed from reality, seek truth from facts. I believe that smoking can't solve the problem. Smoking is not as good as time to solve the problem.
Fifth, we must carry forward the spirit of not being afraid of suffering, not afraid of being tired, not afraid of smoking, and fundamentally severing relations with cigarettes.
Sixth, learn from the lessons of the past, smoking is like losing weight, not a day's work, not eating a day does not mean successful weight loss. Similarly, if you don’t smoke for a day, you can’t stop smoking. Quitting smoking is a long-term process, and it is necessary to prepare for a protracted war.
Seventh, we must pay attention to the scientific method of smoking cessation, stressing the gradual progress and avoiding the shortcomings of quick success. The efficiency that cannot be forgotten by speed. It is necessary to suck from more to less, from one and a half to one day, until it is completely eradicated. But this is just a smoking cessation method, and it cannot be used as a reason for smoking.
Eight, we must firmly believe that there are people who are willing to do things. Don't give up on yourself, don't give up, and face smoking cessation with a normal heart. You can't influence normal life because you quit smoking.
This is my plan and the direction I will work on next. On the road to quitting smoking, I just stepped out of the first step, but I firmly believe that as long as the firm belief, one step at a time, the road is difficult to walk, will end, there will always be a day to end.
