Responsible for organizing preliminary investigations and understanding of food poisoning incidents, rescuing poisoned personnel, reporting to local health supervision agencies and disease prevention and control agencies, collecting and preserving all remaining foods consumed by patients and materials and accessories used in meals, etc. Collect and preserve the vomit and excrement of poisoned patients, seal the kitchen and related raw material warehouses, recover the suspicious foods that have been sold, and assist the health department in conducting hygiene investigations.

Second, the emergency reporting system

1. In the event of a food poisoning incident or suspected food poisoning incident, the employee receiving the food poisoning report shall immediately report it to the emergency response team. The emergency response team must use the fastest communication method within one hour of receiving the information. The report includes the time, place, unit, number of people poisoned and the number of deaths, the main symptoms of the patient, the possible causes and emergency measures taken.

2. Take urgent treatment of the patient.
