Third, emergency treatment

1. After receiving the early warning report on the epidemic situation of major infectious diseases at the higher level health administrative department and the disease control center, the school shall implement the emergency plan of the higher level health administrative department and the disease control center without compromise. Give positive support and cooperation to the guidance and supervision of the emergency headquarters of the relevant departments at the higher level.

2. When the teachers and students of the school find that the infected patient or suspected infected patient should report to the school doctor immediately, the school doctor will report to the leading group of infectious diseases in time.

3. When a school doctor discovers a contagious patient or a suspected infectious patient, it must follow the prescribed time: Class A infectious disease within 6 hours; Class B infectious disease within 12 hours; Class C infectious disease is reported within 24 hours. Report the infectious disease report card in a unified manner, and report to the higher level health authority and the district CDC. No one may report, panic, or delay the epidemic.

4. School doctors promptly transfer the infected patients and suspected infected patients to the nearby hospitals on the premise of self-protection.

5. The school doctor and the class teacher will inform the parents in time.

6. For the places and articles contaminated by patients with infectious diseases, pathogen carriers, and suspected infectious diseases, the general manager shall arrange the relevant personnel to be disinfected under the guidance of the medical doctors, and if necessary, ask the CDC to carry out terminal disinfection. In close contact with infected patients or suspected patients, clinical observation should be strictly carried out.

7. Emergency vaccination, preventive medication, and group protection measures should be adopted for susceptible populations. Patients who need to be isolated, suspected patients and close contacts should take the initiative to cooperate with the medical measures taken by the relevant health departments.

8. School doctors should cooperate with the Centers for Disease Control to conduct epidemiological investigations.

9. The school medical office establishes relative isolation, equipped with protective and disinfection equipment, screens and diverts suspected infected patients, and reports the situation in time.

10. During the infectious disease period, the designated personnel of each class report the absence and health status of the students in the class to the school doctor every day. The class teacher and the school doctor should promptly find out the reasons for the students' absenteeism and keep in touch for tracking management.

11. The Physical and Welfare Department arranges relevant personnel to strengthen the environmental sanitation of public places on campus, eliminate rodents, and eliminate mosquitoes and flies. Keep the environment clean, ventilation and ventilation, and regularly disinfect the crowded classrooms, computer rooms, library rooms, office conference rooms, etc.

12. The guards must strictly control the school gates, and the foreign personnel should visit and register. They are not allowed to enter the campus without permission, and it is forbidden for outsiders to enter the classrooms and other densely populated areas. No one may leave school without approval during school.

13. Teachers use health education classes, newspapers, and broadcasts to conduct health education. Use a variety of methods to increase health education, increase self-health knowledge, develop good health habits, and enhance the self-protection ability of teachers and students.

1. After the outbreak occurs, the school leaders should stabilize the emotions of teachers and students and require all types of personnel not to spread the message in the name of the individual, so as to avoid unnecessary confusion.

2. After the epidemic of infectious diseases, we must pay attention to maintaining normal learning order and work order. The classroom should do the ideological work of patients and parents.

3. If there is a news media request for an interview, it must be approved by the school. No one may be interviewed without consent to avoid misrepresentation.
