Vulgar has deeply attracted me. Among them, the domestic Dragon Boat Festival made me most impressed.

The time of the Dragon Boat Festival is on the fifth day of the lunar calendar every year. Like the Spring Festival and the Mid-Autumn Festival, it is widely valued by people all over the country. For the origin of the Dragon Boat Festival, the general traditional saying is to remember the patriot Qu Yuan.

Qu Yuan was the minister of the State of Chu during the Warring States period and was exiled because of the coldness of the monarch. When he heard the country’s death, the angry and helpless Qu Yuan cast a suicide. The people around them loved Qu Yuan very much, and they wrapped up delicious brown fruit, which was wrapped with gold silk wire. Sitting in the dragon boat and coming to the Miluo River, throwing the scorpion to the river, so that the fish can eat the scorpion instead of eating Qu Yuan. Therefore, the Dragon Boat Festival has the custom of eating dumplings and racing dragon boats. After reading this story, I can't help but respect Qu Yuan, and I am more moved by his patriotism. In fact, patriotism is the spiritual pillar that unites the unity of the country and the nation at any time and anywhere. When Qu Yuan was treated unfairly, he was reluctant to leave his homeland where he was raised. The greatness of Qu Yuan’s spirit lies in his uneasiness and loyalty to the world. For the country, for the sake of the nation, Qu Yuan has squandered himself. What he left for us is the eternal nostalgia.

In this book, the "11" National Day also made me remember. On October 1, 1949, it was the day when the Central People's Government of the People's Republic of China was established and it was also a day of national celebration. For this day, in order to strive for national independence and the people's freedom and happiness, how many outstanding Chinese children are determined to go forward, swear by their heads, throwing their heads and sprinkling blood, we must always remember them and commemorate them. It is this day that our new China was born. It marks that the people can be the masters of the country and marks that China has entered a new revolutionary journey. The motherland will stand in the east of the world with a brand new look. Therefore, I think that every one of us must remember this day, because it is the birthday of our mother, the motherland, we should love it with the most sincere heart, build it with the most industrious hands, use The most intelligent talent to develop it.

What makes me unforgettable is the Double Ninth Festival, which is on the 9th of September of the lunar calendar every year. The Double Ninth Festival is also known as the "Respect for the Elderly" or the "Old Man's Day". It is a traditional festival of our people, inheriting and carrying forward the fine tradition of the Chinese people respecting the old and loving the old. Therefore, on this day, we must respect the elderly and do something that makes grandparents happy, such as doing some housework for them, going out to play with them, giving them performances and so on.

The book "Our Festival" is like a historical picture. We should keep searching for its beautiful picture, because it not only allows me to grow my knowledge, broaden my horizons, but also deeply understands and appreciates the excellence of the Chinese nation. Traditional culture, the national spirit of the righteousness, the virtues, the wisdom, and the patriotism of the boxing.
