Guess what is the biggest animal in the world? That's right, it's me - whale!

Of course, I am only a kind of whale. I am a rare blue whale.

I am the largest animal known in the world. I can reach 33 meters at the longest and weigh 181 tons.

I like to live in the Antarctic waters. The water temperature here is 5~20°C, which is very comfortable for me. Sometimes my peers like to play in the waters of Taiwan, and the days are free.

Unlike other types of short stature, I look slim and elongated. My dorsal fin is small and about 0.4m high. The same kind of medicine in the north is more effective than the south. My fins are 3 to 4 meters long, with gray on the top, white on the narrow side, and white on the bottom. My body color is dark blue that is easy to distinguish, mixed with gray, the color of the sea.

I am a gentle whale. My favorite food is scaly shrimp, which can eat 2 to 4 tons a day.

Blue whales like music very much.

My grandfather told me that in the 1960s, some scientists were very interested in our songs. After 40 years, they found that our songs are getting worse every year, and we are sad every year. Why?

This should be traced back to the early 20th century. At that time, we were almost "visible everywhere" in the ocean. Later, humans discovered that we had a lot of whale oil, so we were hunted a lot, and our number was drastically reduced. Fortunately, by 1996 we were protected and the number slowly recovered. However, because of the pollution of seawater, our blue whales are only between 5,000 and 1,200 in the world. Will this kind of animal disappear in one day? This is no one can predict...
