It’s really hard to be a cadre

I have been a class cadre since I was in school, not a study committee member or a class leader. The "class cadre" almost killed my life.

In the sixth grade of Shangguo, I was not only the squad leader, but also the captain of the Young Pioneers and the study committee. Only ten students have a bit of a day, they can make me a football.

Just arrange a job. I will pay attention to myself, some people say that I love the limelight; leave the heavy work to others, and say that I am lazy. I really can't stand it.

I can't help but come out of the day. For example: In the ten minutes of the day, I just handed in the homework for everyone. When I returned to the classroom, I didn’t catch my breath. One of the students said with conviction: "Learning committee, give you this, this is my homework. Ben, just finished writing, you will hand it over." In order to do a good job with my classmates, I still calmly asked: "Why have you just finished writing! I have already handed over others, or you go by yourself. "He said with anger: "You are a study committee member, I am not, hehe!" He finished, and he left. I had to go to the teacher's office to hand in his homework. So I ran from the third floor classroom to the office on the third floor opposite, and returned to the classroom from the office. When I returned to the classroom, the class bell rang. It’s just that these things are still easy to handle. What is even more unbearable is that some students are jealous of me because he is not a class cadre, I am looking for you all day long, and I am laughing at me with some irony. Some students said: "Deng Guozhi, Deng Guozhi, you can't even manage a few people, but what kind of squad leader is there." Some even imitate that I can't control them and sigh on the table...

Sometimes I can't wait to take off the class cadres and become an ordinary student. However, all of my positions were selected by the students. The reason why the students chose me is to trust me. I also often taught me to say: "The cadres on duty are not so easy. They should think about the class and the students, don't quarrel with the classmates, and let the students listen to you, and don't hate you. So you can do a good job. Ministry." Wo also wants to do what he said, but the students don't understand my heart, hehe!

Although I have been promoted to secondary school, these things have always been vivid and my memory is still fresh.

Ugh! It’s really hard to be a cadre on duty!
