Protecting the environment starts with me, bit by bit, we practice

Today, our group of friends on the Xiangyang volunteer line participated in the “Martyrs’ Trash” campaign. I feel that this activity not only protects the environment, but also exercises the body. It not only brings us closer to nature, but also gives us beauty.

We rubbed the garbage on the steps, and there was not much garbage on the steps. There were only some toilet paper and cigarette butts. At first we felt very relaxed, but not far from the top, there was more garbage, especially on both sides of the steps, there are a lot of white garbage plastic bags inside. So, we divided into two groups, one on the left and one on the right. Under the efforts of everyone, we finished the plastic bags. There is a scene that touches the depths of my heart: a five- or six-year-old girl follows her parents and leans down from time to time to pick up pieces of rubbish with her little hands. We are unanimously to the little girl. Applause, the heart even pays tribute to her parents, but her parents said that this is what they should do. This is also an interpretation of protecting the environment and caring for their homeland. They say they will stick to it and have time to join us. Acting to build a beautiful home, we left our own contact when we were separated.

All of us are living in the same air under the blue sky, so every citizen should firmly establish the concept of protecting the ecological environment and fulfill the responsibility of caring for the environment. I started from scratch, started from small things, respected nature, conformed to nature, enhanced environmental awareness, ecological awareness, and developed good habits. Inspire the long-lasting environmental enthusiasm of the whole society, and act to improve the air quality and realize the beauty of the sky, the green, and the water. I also hope that more friends can join us on the Xiangyang volunteer line, let more love become a love, nourish your heart, touch your side, repay the gift of nature, for our beautiful home, we work together.
