The old tax system of thousands of years is a tool for the exploiting classes to extract the blood and sweat of the people. There is a resistance to taxation in people’s traditional thinking. By listening to the uncle of the IRS, I can understand the tax law more clearly - there are two kinds of "tax": national tax and local tax. There are many kinds including VAT, consumption tax, business tax, etc. All taxes collected by the IRS are handed over to the state. Part of the tax is used to pay civil servants and part is used for state building.
