It can be seen literally. The animal language universal instrument is to connect the animal language with the human language. This kind of machine can transform the animal language into human language, so that It is possible to realize the desire of people to talk with animals.

If there are conditions that allow me to make such a machine, I will divide the instrument into two types. Here are my ideas:

The entertainment language general-purpose instrument is an entertainment-type appliance for the common people. For example, if a family with a pet buys one, they can talk to the pet. Of course, doing this kind of tool is also very complicated. First of all, the outer casing of the instrument is made of ultra-thin metal, which is very hard. In addition, the appearance of each instrument is different. The Mickey Mouse case is a mouse universal instrument, and the square card cat case is a cat language universal instrument. On the top of the instrument, there is a small light bulb, which is a language receiver. This is a part that is 100 times more sensitive than flies. It can be heard no matter what the sound is. The eye of the instrument is a recording system that can strictly filter the sound information sensed by the receiving system, so that the sounds that are not related to the animal language can be processed, and the language can be judged more accurately. The remaining pure language will be magnified ten times. The inside of the instrument is a zinc sheet. This piece of zinc contains the Chinese meaning of all the language and movements of the animal. When the zinc sheet hears the ultrasonic waves transmitted from the recording system, it will make a judgment in time. The Chinese coming over to the speaker, the speaker hidden in the mouth will automatically sound, the whole process takes only three seconds.
