Actually not, our market can accommodate more college students. But why is this happening? The problem is that the economic structure has changed, and the knowledge, skills, and concepts of our college students are not suitable for this change, that is, they cannot keep up with the market demand, and the labor supply and demand are misplaced. Only then will there be an embarrassing situation in which students can't find a job and the company can't recruit people. On the other hand, the continuous expansion of enrollment in China's colleges and universities has gradually pushed China's higher education from "elite education" to "popular education". The threshold for college students has become lower and the employment threshold has risen. "It’s easy to go in and go out." Another important reason is the way we talk about education.

Second, students expect too much. Everyone graduated, the first job is to find a few tens of thousands of people, I want to be a general manager when I enter the company, I want to get a salary is the highest in the world. And in employment, it tends to be big cities and big companies.

4. Don't worry about your face, don't be afraid that your work is not decent, don't worry about what others say, what others say, that's no way, you have to know where you are going, what value you can create for this society, we You have to look at the long-term, others are doing today, you have to look at tomorrow. Employment first in career, and finally into a career, not unemployment.

5. There is another question of honesty. Don't move to the job. The company recruits you and cultivates it for a few years. You ran away, lost the support, and lost people halfway. So, some companies are afraid. I don’t dare to want a college student anymore. It’s better to recruit someone who has just entered the city.
