Second, "rheumatic pain" - the outstanding performance is that the hands and feet are not diligent. The work of student cadres is a lot of hard work in spare time. It is necessary to sacrifice a lot of rest time, form a diligent work habit, and not be diligent, so it is necessary to have a high sense of responsibility in dealing with work. As a student cadre, the work is based on the principle of “send the situation, report the situation” and “the wholehearted service for the students”, and handle the relationship with the superiors, colleagues and classmates. Therefore, it is essential to cultivate a high sense of responsibility.
Moreover, a high sense of responsibility can also allow you to reasonably arrange which things to handle and which tasks to accomplish, so that you can grasp the light and heavy, urgent and slow, and better handle the good things. Third, "high blood pressure" - outstanding performance is high. Student cadres must work with students to get more students involved, and student cadres can only take the lead and cannot be high. Moreover, during work, it is inevitable to have frictions with colleagues and classmates, but we should face with open minds and deal with the relationship between them, which is conducive to handling good things, not to face with arrogance. As a student cadre, we must play five roles in school work: First, we must play a fundamental, guiding, and innovative role in student self-management. We must have an advanced work awareness. As a student cadre, it is a representative of the students, a bridge and a link between the school and the students. Naturally, it should reflect the students' voices and give full play to the intermediary role. In the case of handling good learning, we should recognize that work is also learning. Second, it must play a core, long-term and decisive role in school safety management.
There are a lot of school safety measures taken improperly, which leads to many tragedies. Therefore, as student cadres, we must help schools to do security work to protect the lives and property of students. Third, we must play a role of demonstration, effectiveness and stability for the construction of a harmonious campus. We must lead by example, while doing our own things, we must also help others to do what they should. Actively maintain the cleanliness and civilization of the campus.
Fourth, we must play a propaganda, exhibition, and promotion role in establishing a good image of the school. Fifth, we must play an informational, advisory, and bridge role for the work of the school's functional departments and management personnel.
