College students' training thoughts on joining the party

At 2:30 pm on March 31, 2019, the 7th Party Entrepreneurship Class of the School of Education and Information Technology was officially started. Before the start of the class, we held the opening ceremony. Teacher Li Haiyun made an important speech on the opening ceremony, focusing on the issue of class discipline. Then, Wang Li, the vice president of the Party School of the Faculty of Education, made a mobilization speech for the opening of the party school. Secretary Wang Li pointed out the ideas and goals of party class learning. Among them, she emphasized the importance of discipline and required strict and conscious adherence to discipline, deepening discipline and enhancing self-discipline. Because strict treatment of classroom discipline is the fundamental guarantee for learning party classes.

The first lesson of the Party School of this year was taught by Mr. Chen Dianqing from the Party Organization Department of South China Normal University to give us special lectures on party members' conditions and development of party members. The Communist Party of China represents the development requirements of China's advanced productive forces, represents the development direction of China's advanced culture, and represents the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of the people. The development of party members is strict and prudent. The procedures for entering the party and the time of investigation must not be reduced. Everything must be implemented in accordance with party rules. To become a party member, it is necessary to go through a series of character inspections and tests of abilities, as well as the love of the party and the country, the concern for the people's livelihood, and the support of the collective and friends. As a party activist, we must always think about the guidance of Marxist theory on our future roads and think about how we can become a force for social development. Seriously study the party's theory and guiding ideology, deeply understand the party constitution, arm ourselves with the party's theory, guide the party with the party's guiding ideology, and look at the future path with a global perspective.

Maintaining the advanced nature of party members is the basis for maintaining the nature of the party's working class vanguard and the conditions that Communists need to have. When thinking about and understanding the guidelines of the Communist Party of China for the development of party members, I would like to find out my own strengths and weaknesses, find out my own shortcomings, and correct my own shortcomings in daily life. First, adhere to the standards, the first article of the Party Constitution stipulates: "Chinese workers, peasants, soldiers, intellectuals who are 18 years old, recognize the party's program and regulations, are willing to participate in an organization of the party and actively work in it, and implement the party's If you decide to pay the party fees on time and pay the party fees on time, you can apply to join the Communist Party of China. This is both a condition for applying for membership and a minimum requirement for being a Communist. Among them, I believe that in addition to meeting this basic requirement, we must further study and understand the party's program and charter. Second, to ensure quality, every citizen who wants to join the party needs to go through the process of developing party members. From individual application to joining the party activists to become the key development targets, and then to the probationary party members, and finally become a qualified new party member. Each of these programs requires a rigorous check, and it takes at least two years from applying to join the party to become a regular party member. In the course of becoming a party member, we should constantly improve our own quality, strengthen the party's political stance, strengthen the cultivation of dedication and service awareness, study hard, and constantly improve our ability. Third, to improve the structure, our party pays attention to the age structure, knowledge structure and distribution structure of the new party members. The development of party members in the vast areas of our country is the basis for maintaining the Communist Party’s control over China’s political power. As a party activist, I believe that my knowledge structure is not perfect enough. I must improve my own knowledge structure and understand the social conditions and national conditions from national events and policies, party meetings and concerns about party development. Look at the problem from a higher level of thinking. Think about the things around you and try to use knowledge to promote the development and progress of society. Fourth, prudent development, the party adheres to the principle of individual absorption, strictly implements the procedures for joining the party, and matures one development. From the words and examples taught by Teacher Chen, I think that our party can lead China's road to prosperity and develop rapidly in today's world competition. It is because of the correct leadership of our party that Chinese Communist Party members need to have excellent capabilities and good The quality, and these qualities are not only the performance of the inspection period, but also should continue to maintain good quality after becoming a party member. I feel that I still need to continue to strengthen my own abilities and improve my own quality, to make myself better, to serve myself as a classmate, to serve the collective, to contribute to the society, and to contribute to the revival of the country.

At the same time as starting the party class, we should also apply our own ideas to the actual life and study. I usually serve my classmates, participate in various types of extracurricular practice, actively study, care about anything around me, try to use the knowledge I have learned to contribute to the society and serve the group.
