The policy of developing party members includes adhering to standards, ensuring quality, improving structure, and developing with care. Although these sixteen characters are simple, the implications are not simple. This includes the party's requirements for the age, identity, and quality of party members. Even if you are excellent, as long as you don't currently meet the standards, there is no chance of becoming a party member. This is not a rigid one. The so-called unruly rules are not square. The party’s strict adherence to the guidelines is precisely the rigor of the party organization. For the party, the party constitution is equivalent to the constitutional status of the state. If the constitution is not observed, how can society still have order? In addition, the development of party members is not simple. This is a long and rigorous process. After submitting the application, it will take at least two years to become a party member. Among them, our words and deeds are the object of investigation, so we can also prove how important it is to strictly demand ourselves. The party needs to examine the development targets for a long time, and to better understand their quality and thinking, in order to determine the people who will eventually join the party. If the members are identified in a short period of time, it may cause insufficient understanding of the development targets and bring hidden dangers to the party and the country.
