It has been half a year since I became a probationary member. In the past six months, I have learned a lot through various aspects of practice and have further improved my mind. Here, I will report to the organization about my personal experience since this semester!

In this semester, I passed the golden autumn in October and gained the experience of organizing rehearsals. I learned what I could not learn in books and classes. In the process of rehearsing, it is very important to adjust the relationship between the students as a Communist. There are inevitably differences and contradictions in the rehearsal program. At this time, we need to act as a lubricant, coordinate and analyze all aspects, so that things get a good solution.

In this program, I was responsible for the arrangement of the dance, and learned the experience of group dance. At the same time, I also got myself trained in the profession. Every time I encounter a problem, I will think about my own deficiencies and improve myself in terms of professionalism and methods. I feel that no one is perfect, I know that my deficiencies can be improved, or that seeing other people's shortcomings can not do too much demand is to do good things, the key to doing things! I am very pleased with the final success of this program, and unity is the key to success. The power of the individual is stronger than the shock of a united whole. This will affect my future study and work, so this golden autumn October is very beneficial to me!

During this semester, I have been busy and fulfilling, not only taking serious and active learning, but also taking classes and tutoring in training classes. Through the teaching in the training class, I gained a very valuable teaching experience. During the period of taking the class, I learned that the development of teaching activities requires teachers to have a good teaching method, which requires me to seriously explore in practice. The students I am facing are children between the ages of 3 and 10. In them, I learned that the normal development of teaching activities requires the teacher's careful design. If you want to create a good teaching atmosphere, you need to do it with children. Interact, explain vivid, and demonstrate conciseness to enhance their interest in learning. Children's attention is difficult to concentrate, which requires the teacher's guidance and reminder at all times, and it is not annoying. If you can't be patient and tolerant, you can't implement teaching activities very well. This made me deeply understand that it is not easy to be a teacher.

I also brought two pianist tutors while taking classes in the training class. Through a semester of teaching, I deeply saw many of my shortcomings. In the semester of teaching activities, I feel that I have not done very well. Coordinating the relationship between parents' needs, student acceptance, and their own teaching plans. Throughout the teaching process, I did not reach a good consensus with my students and did not communicate better with the students. These experiences have undoubtedly prompted me to further improve and will play an important role in my future teaching.

The knowledge we acquire in practice is often not learned in books, which requires us to improve our understanding of theoretical knowledge while practicing. During the semester, I did not give up my theoretical knowledge while practicing. Through the activities of party organizations, the understanding of the party has also deepened. Some time ago, the party branch organized the oath of the Suyu Memorial Hall where we went to the meeting. I felt deeply baptized by the glory.

I have always felt that it is very important for a student party member to have his or her own goals, to enrich himself, to do what he can, and to play a certain role in life. As a student party member, we are no more heroic than the revolution, but we can study hard to create our own value. If every small student party member can have the value of giving himself, I believe that this big party of the party can play a greater vanguard and exemplary role.
