The essence of rights and obligations is the norm that rules people's behavior according to certain principles. As a qualified Communist Party member, we not only have to fulfill our obligations, but also enjoy our own rights. This is the function of the party organization to maintain The party's advanced nature and combat effectiveness, an important guarantee for achieving the ultimate goal of struggle.

Then what obligations do Communists need to fulfill and what rights do they enjoy? In class, Teacher Chen Xionghui mentioned the eight obligations of party members. We must not only study Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory and the important thought of "xxxx", learn the party's line, principles, policies and resolutions, and learn the basics of the party. Knowledge, study science, culture and business knowledge, strive to improve the ability to serve the people, but also form the values ​​that serve the people wholeheartedly. We must do our utmost to become the model representative of the public, regulate our behavior, and drive others to the Communist Party.

On April 10th, the third party class of the Party School was taught by our teacher Jiang Dayong. The party class content is about the party's organizational principles and discipline. As the saying goes, no rules are not square. Our party is a political organization that is assembled by many organizations and many party members. The guiding ideology and goal of this organization are the same, so that this mighty team can unify the will and act in unison. Leading the people of all nationalities in the country to carry out the cause of socialist construction and march toward the highest ideals and ultimate goals. Therefore, as a party member, it is necessary to understand the organizational principles and discipline of our party.

In this class, Teacher Jiang Dayong vividly explained to us the relevant party organization system and party discipline in light of the party's development history and life experience. Teacher Jiang focused on the reasons for strengthening the organization and discipline of the party: First, organization is an inherent need in the survival and development of mankind; secondly, a good system and strict disciplinary requirements are the basic guarantee for the unity of the party to win; and finally, In the context of globalization, the pluralism of society is forced to require political parties to strengthen organizational construction and enhance discipline requirements.

The fundamental organizational system of my party is democratic centralism, that is, the combination of democracy and democracy under the guidance of concentration. Therefore, how to deal with the relationship between the individual and the collective is also worthy of our deep thinking. Comrade Lei Feng said: "A drop of water will never dry up only when it is put into the sea. Only when he integrates himself with the collective cause can he be the most powerful." I believe that collective interests and personal interests are fundamental. The above is consistent, but in some cases there will be conflicts and conflicts. Collective interests do not exclude personal legitimate interests, but collective interests are the basis and guarantee of personal interests, and collective interests are higher than personal interests. In collective life, when personal interests conflict with collective interests, personal interests should consciously obey the collective interests.
