Thought report on studying party classes

Dear party organization:

The last two classes are the rights and duties of the party members that Mr. Chen Xionghui told us, and the party's organizational system and party discipline that Teacher Jiang Dayong said.

Speaking of party members, perhaps the first time in our minds is that party members must serve the people wholeheartedly, and party members should always be prepared to contribute to the motherland. In the classroom, Teacher Chen Xionghui told us about the rights and duties of party members. I clearly understand that in fact, party members have more than just obligations, and others are rights. However, there is no obligation and where is the right? Rights and obligations are mutually reinforcing. Therefore, we must fulfill our obligations while enjoying our rights, so that we can be worthy of the title of "party members."

Speaking of the party's organizational system and party discipline, I have a better understanding in the class of Jiang Dayong's teacher. First of all, why should we emphasize the party's organization and discipline? Organization is an inherent need for human survival and development. The history of the development of modern political parties shows that a good system and strict disciplinary requirements are important guarantees for the party's unity to win. The diversification of social classes, cultural values and ideas urgently requires contemporary political parties to strengthen organizational construction and enhance discipline requirements. Second, what is the basic content of the party's organizational system and party discipline? This is what we should know. We should at least understand that party discipline is conscious discipline, equal discipline, and iron discipline. Finally, we must consciously uphold the party's organizational principles and enhance the concept of discipline. The model implements democratic centralism, consciously abides by and firmly upholds the party's discipline, must connect with reality, establish a sense of solidarity and cooperation, be loyal to the organization, and respect the rules.

When it comes to democratic centralism, any group has its own principles and disciplines. Our party's organizational principle is democratic centralism. This means that our party must fully exert the power of democracy and actively listen to it when making every decision. The most important opinions of all parties inside and outside the party are the voice of the people. At the same time, we should concentrate these opinions and screen them at the same time to get the most complete decision-making, and we must have strong execution ability. Since the founding of the Communist Party of China, democratic centralism has always played an important role. We have also defined in the experience and process the principle of democratic centralism that the party must always adhere to. Only by adhering to this principle can our party Make the right decisions and execute them quickly and efficiently.

The historical experience also proves to us that whether or not we can maintain democratic centralism is related to the success or failure of our party. For a period of time after the founding of New China, our party was unable to truly implement it because of democratic centralism, and a series of chaotic situations will arise, leading to domestic construction being in trouble and slowing down the country's progress.

Today, with the reform and opening up, our reform and development situation has a new situation and a new task. Our party is facing new circumstances and challenges, and its requirements for the party are getting higher and higher. Therefore, our party must still adhere to the party’s unchanging organizational principle--democratic centralism, in order to achieve democracy in all aspects and gain more. support. Both the inner-party democracy and the people's democracy must adhere to democratic centralism. Because adhering to democratic centralism is a good way to coordinate all aspects of China, and it is also an effective means for our party to put an end to corruption and reform backwards in the process of governance.

All in all, we must consciously abide by the party's discipline and adhere to it unswervingly. Any party member who violates the party's discipline must be punished. The party must be fully open and transparent in order to truly achieve democracy and truly play a supervisory role.

As a party activist, we should understand the rights and obligations of party members, conscientiously abide by and resolutely safeguard the party's discipline, raise party spirit awareness, and strive to do better.
