I am a glorious probationary member of the Communist Party of China. The current preparatory period has been more than a year. In accordance with the relevant regulations of the Constitution of the Communist Party of China, I solemnly submitted an application to the party organization for the transfer of the party and applied for conversion to the official party member of the Communist Party of China.

In the preparatory period more than a year ago, under the strict requirements of the party organization, with the help of party members, the study of a series of theoretical knowledge and activities, both politically and ideologically, has greatly improved. It also enhanced its own party spirit and further realized that it is a qualified Communist Party member. Under the training of party organizations, I have always strictly followed myself in accordance with the standards of party members, strengthened political theory, and was proactive and responsible. Through more than one year of this preparatory period, through careful study, I can actively combine the nature of the work I have undertaken, and consciously strengthen the study of the important thinking of the "Three Represents" and the spirit of the Party's 17th National Congress, and make myself understand through learning. The party members shoulder the honor and responsibility of God's victory. As a party member, we must constantly reform our own world outlook, outlook on life and values, and we must not be biased in our thoughts and beliefs at any time.

In work and study: I ​​know that today there is no rich cultural knowledge and strong business ability. It is difficult to adapt to the development of the times and make a great contribution to the cause of the party. To this end, as a site manager I have to study this professional knowledge harder, and I can't relax in theory and practice. I actively participate in various public welfare and party organization activities. The deepest feeling for me is that no matter what you do, we must clearly understand our position. Don't be too high-spirited, be down-to-earth, and only gain if you pay. Hard work is the spiritual wealth of the Chinese nation's self-improvement, the political superiority of our party, and the spiritual character that Communists should have. In the past year or so, as a preparatory party member and as a workshop director, I strictly demanded myself at work, completed my work in a timely, accurate and efficient manner, and strived to set a good example among my colleagues.

In short, over the past year or so, I have made great progress in all aspects, but there are also some shortcomings. For example, the initiative at work is not enough and there is fear of difficulty, and editorial and planning awareness is still lacking. For their own shortcomings and shortcomings, they will continue to overcome and correct them in the future. If I can turn positive on time, I will not be proud of complacency, but use it as a new starting point for my life.
