My after-school life

My extracurricular life is full of my after-school life, especially reading, which makes my life full of happiness.
From the first day of my third year, my mother asked me to read a book for 30 minutes before going to bed every night. At the beginning, I was very happy. Slowly, I felt very boring and I didn't want to stick to it anymore. As soon as my mother saw my thoughts, I encouraged me to say: "No matter what you do, you must have patience. Perseverance is victory. I believe that you are the best." After listening to my mother, I have regained my confidence. I will work harder and overcome myself. A year later, I became a small expert in our class and was praised by the teacher. My heart is beautiful.
Reading made me happy, and at the same time, I have the determination and courage to overcome difficulties.
