Other acts that endanger urban drainage facilities.

Article 18 Units and individuals may not have the following acts without approval:

Demolition, relocation, and occupation of urban drainage facilities;

Add, rebuild, or expand urban drainage facilities or change drainage trends within urban roads;

Use urban drainage facilities for drainage.
