Easement contract
The contractor x x xx x x, for the signing of the easement contract, is agreed upon by the parties:
Article 1 The owner of the servant land shall, for the land of the x x city x x of all the landlords of Party B, set up the easement for all the land under the land to Party B for the convenience of passage. The home area is x square meters.
Article 2 The land acquisition rights of the former land are as follows:
From the boundary line of the land x x landmark, west x x square meters, from the boundary line of all the land of Party B to the southern road 30 meters, the area is 20 square meters, the drawing is later.
Article 3 Party A shall repair the part of the land of the preceding paragraph at an annual cost in order to pass it.

Article 5 If Party B does not pay the previous item's reward for more than two years, Party A may request the elimination of the easement.
Article 6 The effective period of easements shall be limited to 30 years from the date of independence.
Article 7 During the period of validity of the easement contract, it shall be transferred at the same time as the required area, and the easement shall not be extinguished even if the owner of the place of service is transferred.
