1. Party A provides relevant books and materials to Party B as reference materials for Party B's translation.

2. Party A shall guarantee to Party B that the manuscripts it has provided have obtained the copyright license; there is no content in the manuscript that is liable to cause criminal or civil matters. Party B will reject the service requirements in the manuscript that are unreasonable or violate the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China or international law or international practices.

3. If Party A has objection to Party B's translation, Party A shall have the right to propose amendments to Party B within 7 days from the date of receipt of the draft. Party B shall, at the request of Party A, make free modifications within the prescribed time limit until Party A is satisfied. until. In addition, Party B is only responsible for keeping the original and the translation for ten days for the sake of confidentiality. If it is overdue, it will be destroyed. After the translation is submitted, Party B is not responsible for retaining the translation and the disk. In view of the timeliness of translation cognition, Party A shall object to the translation within seven days after receiving the translation. Overdue, the company will not be liable for the accuracy of the translation.

4. Party B has the right to request Party A to provide relevant background information without compensation.

5. Party B shall guarantee the quality of its translated manuscript: the original text and the correct translation; the statement is smooth and the text is smooth. Party A should understand the following situations: there are translatable and untranslatable translations, two words that are not identical in the two languages, words that are not identical in the same language, and expressions in each language or the same language. Infinite diversity of methods, and so on, translation is always biased; as a translator, this bias should be minimized as much as possible. 6. Party B shall abide by the professional ethics of translation, be responsible for the accuracy of its translation and the confidentiality of the content, and shall not be responsible for any other responsibilities associated with this file. Regardless of Party A’s commercial profits, Party B is entitled to a translation fee.

7. The payment method and translation price shall be subject to the customer's order.

8. Party B shall return the relevant background information and the translated text to Party A in full on the specified date. ??

9. If Party A delays the time provided to Party B in translating the manuscript or translating the relevant materials, Party A shall bear the loss.

If Party A's manuscript is modified, Party B shall make corresponding amendments to the translation, and the revised fee shall be charged according to the degree of modification, or after the original translation fee is charged, the revised manuscript shall be re-charged according to the unit price. If the translation is supplemented, it will be charged separately. If the manuscript is otherwise published, that is, if it is not in the original form and needs to be re-verified or modified, the fee shall be charged according to the degree.

11. In the process of cooperation between the two parties, in the process of cooperation, if there is a problem, it should be resolved through friendly negotiation.

12. This Agreement is made in two copies. Party A and Party B shall each hold one copy and shall take effect from the date of signature and seal.
