Second, Party A’s responsibility:

1. It is agreed with Party B to install, debug and apply training time for the software;

2. Tracking software installation and commissioning work and participation in software application training;

3. Settle the payment with Party B in strict accordance with the time and manner agreed upon in the contract;

4. Responsible for applying the daily tracking and service work of the software system, and promptly contacting Party B when problems are found, assisting and urging Party B to solve the problem in time;

5. Party A promises that the software provided by Party B can only be used within the scope of ______ area.

Third, Party B’s responsibilities:

1. Send a special person to do the installation and commissioning of the software according to the time specified by Party A;

2. Formulate a training plan and do a good job of applying the user's training on the application of the software system within the time agreed by Party A;

3. The model and performance of the software products provided by Party B are exactly the same as those described in the bidding file, and the content of the management platform and resource library materials are independently developed. If there is any copyright issue with the third party, Party B shall be responsible for solving the problem. Do not assume any legal responsibility;

4. Solve the problems raised by Party A in a timely manner, and actively carry out the product upgrade, tracking and technical service work according to the service plan formulated by the bidding file. See the bidding file for specific details;

5, propose a system integration technology program

Hardware deployment plan: Determine the hardware platform, storage project, backup project, etc. installed by each system.

Network deployment plan: Determine network bandwidth, security policy, IP address, firewall settings, and so on.

Software installation plan: Determine the operating system, database and related configuration of each system.

Conflict Prevention Program: Confirm whether there are connection conflicts, service conflicts, etc. between systems to ensure that each system can operate normally.

Professional technical team: Implement the after-sales service and technical maintenance team of all projects, the responsibility is to the people, and report to Party A in written materials.

User Interface Solution: Determine the user portal interface, related links, style design, and connections to existing systems for each system.

System integration acceptance plan: determine the independent acceptance of each system and the total project experience collection plan.

6, propose a system integration implementation plan

System integration implementation date: the start date and end date of each system installation, commissioning, and acceptance.

System integration implementation organization: composition of personnel, work methods, coordination mechanisms.

System integration implementation mode: each system is independently installed and adjusted, and the project is combined with the overall test and acceptance of the project.

System integration implementation of each stage of control: inspection and coordination of work results in each stage.

Fourth, payment methods:

1. After the installation and commissioning of the project is completed, after one month of trial operation, after Party A's acceptance is passed, Party A shall pay the total amount of Party B's contract _____% within _____ days, and Party A shall pay the total amount of Party B's contract _____% of the purchase price one year later.

2. The remaining 5% of the balance is used as a deposit. Party A shall pay the amount within _____ months from the date of acceptance of the project and the signing of the after-sales service contract.

6. Liability for breach of contract:

If Party A refuses to accept the product and refuses to pay the payment, Party A shall compensate Party B for the _____ liquidated damages of the total value of the payment.

If Party A fails to pay the payment, Party A shall compensate the supplier for the daily penalty of 5/1000 of the total amount owed.

If Party B's product variety, model, specification and quality do not conform to the contractual standards, Party A has the right to refuse to accept the goods. Party B shall compensate Party A for a penalty of 30% of the total payment.

If Party B fails to deliver, Party B shall pay Party A a penalty of 30% of the total amount of the project. If Party B fails to deliver the goods within the time limit, Party B shall compensate Party A for the daily compensation for the total amount of the project.

7. Due to the dispute over the quality of the project, the technical unit designated by the state and the municipal government shall conduct the quality appraisal. The conclusion of the appraisal is final and the parties shall accept it.

8. The lawsuit arising from the dispute arising from this contract shall be under the jurisdiction of the people's court at the place where the contract is signed.

9. This contract is in the form of one contract, two for each of Party A and Party B, and one for each government procurement center of ______ District, all of which have the same effect.
