7. 10. 11. 13. If the regional winner has already been selected, the authorized person must immediately transmit the information and picture information about the player to the authorized person _________ Miss China Organizing Committee. If the player has not been selected, the authorized person will inform the _________ Miss China Organizing Committee of the competition time and send it to Party A for all the pictures and materials of the regional competition players in your area after determining the time of the regional competition. The winner of the regional competition can also be accepted as a candidate for the regional finals in your region.

14. The authorized person understands that he will be fully responsible for all his duties and responsibilities, and that the regional winners will meet all the conditions stipulated in the competition. In addition, the licensee agrees that his regional elite players comply with regional regulations.

15. The authorized person shall bear the authorized person and the chief executive's round-trip business warehouse ticket and five-star hotel accommodation and accommodation. The authorized person shall be responsible for formulating the implementation plan and selection criteria of the competition, and dispatching 1-5 staff members to guide and supervise the authorized person. 16. Party A reserves the right to recommend outstanding players to the finals directly to each sub-sector, and Party B shall not interfere.

17. The authorized person shall provide his legal identity, file, and provide proof of credit; after receiving the authorization letter from the authorized person, the authorized person shall set up the sub-committee organizing committee within two weeks to issue a practical and feasible division organization organization implementation plan. And within two weeks, the authorized person shall file the record; the authorized person shall open, openly and fairly complete the selection of the finalists according to the quota allocated by the authorized person, otherwise the result will be regarded as invalid.

18. The authorized organization shall ensure the legality of each work in the relevant organization of the sub-district. If there is any problem, the authorized person shall bear the relevant legal and economic responsibilities.

19. The joint authorizer shall hold two copies of Party A and the authorized party shall hold one copy; the unfinished matters shall be negotiated by the two parties to establish a supplementary agreement; the signature and seal of both parties shall take effect.
