The parties reached an agreement on the following matters:

Article 1 purpose

The franchisor grants the franchisee the right to commercialize the following products under the franchise, or accepts the franchise agreement in the building and in the area specified in Article 4 in accordance with the terms of this contract.

Article 2 Legal status of the franchisee

2.1 The licensor, in his own name, pays for his own activities as a separate businessman. As an independent businessman, the franchisee should take all risks and profit from all profits in his activities.

Rights granted under Article 3

In order for the franchisee to operate normally, the franchisor grants the franchisee the following rights:

Access to and use of the rights to the proprietary technology specified in the ______ file as an affiliate file of this Agreement

Article 4 area

The right to use the franchise granted to the franchisee shall be exercised in the areas and buildings contained in Annex 3 of this Agreement. The pre-existing written permission of the ナ 砣 砣 淳 淳 franchise shall not change the address of the building.

Article 5 Specialties

5.1 During the period of this contract, in the area contained in section 4, the franchisor promised:

- not to grant all or part of this franchise to a third party;

- Do not supply all or part of the products within the scope of this franchise to any third party. A person or company that controls the franchisor legally or in fact, or is controlled by or in common with the franchisor, is considered to be a third party.

5.2 During the term of this Agreement, the franchisor shall:

Article 7 Goodwill

Article 8 complies with national laws

The franchisee complies with applicable laws and should have the necessary authorization.

Article 9 Quality standards of franchisors

The products sold in Article 1 contain the products in the trademark image of the franchisor network, and ensure the perfect harmony and organization with these conditions. In this case, the franchisee should specifically observe the following provisions:

9.1 Buildings

1] The franchisee shall strictly abide by the conditions stipulated in the specifications of the franchisee listed in Attachment 4 of this Agreement in the decoration and decoration of the building and the display of the product. The franchisor shall give the franchisee a rough estimate of the renovation cost on the date of the signature. This rough estimate is borne by the licensee.

9.2 Rights granted

9.2.1 The franchisee shall use the industrial and intellectual property rights provided for in Article 3 in accordance with the terms listed and within its boundaries. The franchisee shall not use these rights for any other purpose than the sale of the products listed in Article 1. Nor may these rights be used for any reason after the termination of this contract.

9.2.2 The franchisee shall pay for the franchise's distinctive signs, including the store's logo, which the franchisor allows the franchisee to use, at his own expense. The licensor may not attach other obvious ingredients without the prior written consent of the franchisor, regardless of the application of Item 2 of 923.
