IX. Conditions for the author to withdraw his rights:
If the producer does not start filming for a certain period of time after the contract takes effect, or if it is filmed within the agreed time but is not completed within the agreed time, the author has the right to request the recovery of the transferred right. If the producer has already transferred some or all of the rights to a third party, the producer is responsible for reclaiming the rights in the hands of the third party.
X. The obligations of the producer:
