Description:
1. The power of attorney for the trademark review agency shall be signed or sealed by the principal, and the entrusted matters and licenses shall be valid.
2. The license authority for the authorized trademark review agent is a general agent without special declaration, that is, it does not include the trademark agency organization to recognize the other party's review requirements; 2 to abandon or change the review request; 3 to revoke the trademark review application. If one or more of the above licenses are included, the corresponding serial number of the above license shall be filled in the specified space; otherwise, the above license shall not be included.
3. If the principal is a legal person or other organization, the name and position of the relevant legal representative or responsible person shall be filled in, and the signature shall be signed by the legal representative or the responsible person at the signature and seal of the principal.
4. If the license of the trademark review agent changes or the trademark agency relationship is terminated, the trustor shall notify the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board in writing.
5. The power of attorney is in duplicate, one is checked by the client and one is submitted to the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board by the entrusted trademark agency.
