Fourth, payment methods

After Party A's information is complete and the fees are paid, Party B shall be responsible for trademark inquiries, submitting the application documents, transferring the acceptance number, transferring the review opinions, notifying the trademark announcement time, and notifying the receipt of the trademark registration certificate. Party A shall promptly cooperate with Party B to complete the entrustment. For the trademark application business, after successfully registering the trademark, Party B shall provide Party A with the trademark testing service within the validity period of the trademark.

5. During the period of this contract, if any of the items such as “applicant address”, “contact person” and “contact phone number” listed in clause 1 of this contract changes, Party A must promptly write in writing. Party B shall be notified that Party B shall not bear the consequences caused by the failure to notify in time.

6. This contract is in duplicate and has the same effect, effective from the date of signature and seal by both parties.
