Part 1: Self-identification of garden workers

Part 2: The work of the garden office is positively self-identified

I entered xxx company as a trial employee on xxx, x, x, x, and the trial period of 3 months has expired. According to the company's rules and regulations, the application is now turned into a formal employee. As a non-professional professional, I was very confused when I first entered the landscaping industry. I did not know how to do a good job, but the company's relaxed and harmonious working atmosphere and united and up-to-date corporate culture made me quickly invest in this industry and have full confidence.

During the internship, I was studying in the design department. The business in this industry was rarely touched by me. It was somewhat inconsistent with the professional knowledge I had learned, but through the patient guidance of the leaders and colleagues of various departments, I was here. I have adapted to the company's working environment during the period, and I am familiar with the company's entire operation process and have a better understanding of my own work. In the work of this department, I have been strictly demanding myself, and do every task of leadership arrangement in a timely and serious manner. Professional and non-professional issues are also open-minded to learn from colleagues, continue to improve and enrich themselves, hoping to be able to make a greater contribution to the company as soon as possible.

Of course, it is inevitable that there will be some small mistakes in the study that require leadership to correct, but the lessons of the past, the teachers of the aftermath, these experiences also let me grow up, consider more comprehensive in dealing with various problems, and prevent similar mistakes from happening. Here, I would like to especially thank the leaders and colleagues of the department for their guidance and help to me, and for their reminders and corrections about the mistakes that have occurred in my work.

After these three months, I have been able to do some work independently. Of course, there are still many shortcomings. The experience of dealing with problems needs to be improved, and the teamwork ability needs to be further enhanced. It is necessary to continue learning to improve my business ability. I have learned a lot in the past 3 months and I have learned a lot. In my daily work life, I have integrated myself into the family of the company. I am eager to work here as a formal employee.
