In the whole construction process of any project, civil construction plays a vital role. It is very important to understand the whole construction process. During the internship, I compiled more engineering materials, such as "Application for Concrete Watering", "Concealed Engineering Inspection Record", "Engineering Materials Entry Inspection Form", "Materials, Construction Parts Access Inspection Record" and so on. For example, “Application for Concrete Watering”, the construction team will pass the project department and supervision after the steel bar is tied. The project staff of the project department will report the quantity and location of the required concrete to the concrete mixing station. Then, the concrete transport vehicle will be submitted when entering the site. For the opening of the concrete, such as the small ticket, the project department fills in the watering application and submits it to the supervisor for filing. Through the collation of these materials, I have learned about the relevant programs and specifications for engineering construction.
During the internship process, I also learned about the organization of the construction industry and the way in which the business is managed. Including the organization management system of the construction unit, the functions and related relationships of each department and the composition of the construction project manager department, and the responsibilities and business scope of the technical personnel at all levels, as well as the responsibilities of the parties in the construction project management.
