I just entered the community. Although I have been fully prepared in all aspects, I feel that the skills of retirees are not enough in providing counseling and computer knowledge. In order to better provide quality services for retirees, I went to the library to buy relevant books, gave up the noon break, used weekends, and carefully studied medical insurance and pension insurance knowledge to better provide policy advice for retirees. In order to improve work efficiency, we carefully study computers and strive to combine the management of retirees with the application of computers. Although, during that time, the positive value for the retirees to handle the citizen card, every day, to receive 200 retirees for the application and consultation matters. After more than two months of painstaking research, computer knowledge has also been widely applied in the management of retirees. . Our community needs more than 80 team leaders to come to the door. After painstaking research, I used computer knowledge. Since coming to the community, I have been working on the following aspects in terms of the services of retirees.
1. Do a good job in all kinds of condolences and family services.
