In October 2019, I conducted a two-month internship at Jianhu Middle School. Our educational internship is mainly divided into two parts, one is the work of the class teacher, and the other is the teaching work. With the help of the teachers and our instructors and the help of the team members, my class is better than a section. The ability to control the classroom has been greatly improved. Not only can the teaching time be well controlled, but also the enthusiasm of the students can be mobilized in a timely manner to make the classroom atmosphere active. Classroom discipline during class is also fully in control. However, being a good teacher is not just a matter of doing these things, but also teaching methods, teaching styles, etc., all of which require us to make breakthroughs.
This internship made me feel a lot. On the one hand, I deeply feel that the knowledge and knowledge are so vast that I have to study hard at night; on the other hand, I also deeply understand the profound connotation of teaching and learning. For example, when I am engaged in education and teaching activities. When I first went into the classroom, I encountered problems that I had never learned or thought about in many normal schools.

After the end of the course at this stage, a unified examination was conducted throughout the year. As a trainee teacher, I also participated in the invigilation. From the test scores of the students, the teaching effect is still very good.
In the internship work of the class teacher, I participated in the sports meeting held by the school in the lead class. At first, I encountered a lot of difficulties: for example, the students' mismatch often makes me feel bad. At the time, I was suggested to use the mandatory method. This method can barely maintain class order. However, this will undoubtedly deepen the gap between teachers and students, and even make students feel tired of learning. As an educator, we must find ways to create a harmonious teaching and living atmosphere and establish an equal relationship between teachers and students in teaching activities. Through contact with students, I also have some understanding of some students in the class. I also got a lot of work and study experience.

Part 2: Self-identification of educational practiceFrom September 9th to October 30th, 2019, I conducted an internship for nearly two months in the seventh class of the Sixth Middle School of the City. The basic content of the internship consists of two parts: classroom teaching and class teacher work. Under the patient guidance and help of the original teacher Wu and the class teacher Sun, I successfully completed the educational internship task.
During the internship, with the guidance and support of Wu, I listened a total of 8 lessons and 32 classes. In the teaching internship, in general, I can prepare lessons carefully, and the design of the teaching plan is accurate. In the classroom teaching, the teaching effect is good, the teaching content can be digested and consolidated in the classroom, the teaching is focused and clear, and the teaching task can be successfully completed. At the same time, the extracurricular counseling is patient and meticulous, the correction operation is carefully and carefully, and the teacher Wu often points out the shortcomings and Insufficient to constantly improve themselves. During the internship period, as the director of the internship class, the order is maintained during the class, the supervision is in place, and the students' ideological work is patiently performed. During the Teacher's Day, under the guidance and support of the class teacher Sun, and the active cooperation of the students, I organized a class exhibition exhibition with the theme of "respecting teachers and teaching", which was greatly affirmed by teachers and students.
Throughout my internship, I have done my best to do everything in a responsible manner. I have been greatly improved in my practical activities. I have learned a lot of things that I can't learn in books. I have benefited a lot and accumulated valuable teaching experience for a glorious people's teacher in the future.
However, in the teaching process, the time is not properly grasped, and the teaching objectives and tasks cannot be completed within a limited 45 minutes.
