In the past year, through the joint efforts of the city's archivists, we have achieved fruitful results, but there are also some problems: First, the construction of the city archives is not progressing rapidly, and a large number of archives have “nowhere to hide” and the safety risks are outstanding. Second, there is a lack of funds for the construction of digital archives. Third, there is a lack of necessary collection and collection of funds for archival resources construction. Fourth, there is too little staffing and professional talents cannot be introduced. In the new year, we are determined to adhere to scientific development, speed up catching up, not afraid of the difficulties, and work hard to push the city's archives work to a new level.

In the past year, the archives has received more than 400 users, providing more than 650 volumes of archives, more than 1,000 pages of copy files, and more than 200 certificates.
Although in the file management work, reasonable development and utilization of archives, and achieved certain results, but there are still some problems.
1. The propaganda efforts need to be further increased, and the awareness of the entire staff is not strong enough. Due to insufficient propaganda, the work is still not proactive, and the lack of propaganda on the archives regulations is not enough.
2. The modernization management of archives needs to be strengthened. With the development of the times, the degree of social informatization is getting higher and higher. At present, the modernization of archives management in our bureau is still in its infancy. How to give full play to the information function of the archives office and serve the enterprise reform and development, our archives staff must also make painstaking efforts. On the one hand, enterprises need to increase investment. On the other hand, they must do basic work, strengthen management, and fully mobilize the enthusiasm of archivists. Only by improving the modernization level of file management can the role of archives be fully utilized to achieve a high level of service for enterprise reform and development.
