The management responsibility of poor supervision and poor training cannot be pushed away. I feel embarrassed from my heart, the more accidents, the deeper and deeper. Therefore, in the past two years, it has been redoubled efforts to be determined to do a good job, to prepare a system, to draft a file, to pay attention to the scene, to carry out training, to concentrate on the work, to sacrifice the rest time and family reunion opportunities, and to spend more than 70 night shifts each year. There are more than 30 white-shift classes on weekends, which are more than 100 working days more than ordinary employees. But safe work is not as imaginable as it can be done by itself.
