Labor and Social Security Bureau's 2009 law-enforcement work plan

In order to further promote the "five-five" law-enforcement work of the bureau, promote the overall administrative construction according to law, and combine the actual work, we will formulate a plan for administrative work according to law in 2019, as follows:

1. Strengthen work leadership. The establishment of this Council's leading group for the administration of law, the main leader of the bureau is the leader of the team, and the backbone of the relevant business unit is a member. The leading group has an office, which is responsible for formulating plans and plans.

2. Strengthen supervision of the system. Establish and improve the law enforcement responsibility system, law enforcement publicity, wrong case, fault investigation system, supervision system, case handling procedures, and strengthen supervision of administrative work according to law.

3. Strengthen publicity and training. Actively explore the establishment of a unit staff training system, strengthen the general legal knowledge of administrative staff and special legal knowledge and other legal administrative knowledge training. Strengthen law enforcement training for the overall staff, especially the relevant laws and regulations of the department, and highlight the publicity and training of labor laws and regulations such as the Labor Contract Law, the Employment Promotion Law, and the Labor Dispute Mediation and Arbitration Law. Organize the street setting and actively carry out legal consultation activities.

4. Strengthen work research. Investigate the implementation of labor and social security policies, study new issues, explore new methods, and continuously promote the reform of the city's social security system.

5. Strengthen work evaluation. Exploring the establishment of an assessment system for the staff in accordance with the law.
