All the victories and glory have become the past, and the future has a long way to go. To this end, combined with the actual situation of our center, we plan to make the following recent plans:

Recruit new members, actively recruit outstanding students who are interested in participating in legal aid work, complete the replacement of internal staff to supplement fresh blood, so that more activities can be carried out in the future and effective operation within the organization.

Rationalize the internal mechanism, clarify the responsibility for responsibility, standardize the legal aid business activities, enhance the sense of responsibility, discipline and dedication of the members; improve the duty system, members are not late, do not leave early, not without reason. In the process of duty, we must not be busy with the occasions, and warmly welcome the visiting personnel. We must try our best to give a satisfactory reply to the cases we have consulted, and really do a good job in legal aid services.

Establish and improve incentive and punishment mechanisms for legal aid personnel. Consider assessing each semester, based on the member's usual performance, level of participation, and due consideration of academic performance. In the evaluation, certain material and spiritual rewards are given to the outstanding people, and those who are incompetent are given criticism, warnings, serious warnings, and the center is punished by the center, and the “last elimination” system is adhered to to form within the center. In order to better improve the practical application ability of students' legal knowledge in our school, in view of the existence of the practice course of the mock court in our hospital, the center's semester plan will promote the establishment of the simulation arbitration tribunal. It is hoped that through this activity, students will learn more about the arbitration program in the process of participation, master more dispute resolution methods, improve the judicial practice ability, and develop knowledge accumulation and ability for future judicial work.

Posters and publicity boards have been produced every weekend to enhance the legal awareness and legal quality of college students, reduce juvenile delinquency, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of students. In the school, we will do a good job in legal publicity services for students, and at the same time enhance the influence of legal aid.

In order to promote the improvement of the membership level, teachers regularly train members: initial training, general legal knowledge training and key training. In particular, before the legal publicity activities, the teacher explained the relevant knowledge. If necessary, conduct a phased test on the content of the teacher's training. The test scores shall be added to the results of the center's assessment at the end of the semester to supervise the enthusiasm of the members of the court and to provide theoretical support for better legal services.

The colleges and universities in the province will carry out networking activities and organize the organization of the "Legal Aid Forum." The instructor of the College Student Legal Aid Center leads the students to conduct business exchanges with the Shandong University Student Legal Aid Center and actively learn their advanced experience. At the same time, it actively cooperates with other college students' legal aid centers in exchanges, exchanges experience, strengthens theoretical research, actively explores cases with significant social influence, and establishes a stable, stable and long-lasting cooperative relationship.

In combination with the actual situation of our school, other legal propaganda slogans were hoisted in the main campus, student dormitory, student canteen and other places, which played a good role in public opinion.

Strengthen exchanges and cooperation with other public welfare organizations in the school, such as: Law Society, “Qi Lu Qing” College Students Supporting Agriculture Promotion Association, Youth Disabled Persons Association, etc. In particular, we will further strengthen the collaboration with the “Qi Lu Qing” College Students Supporting Agriculture Promotion Association. Every weekend, members of our center will cooperate with the “Qi Lu Qing” members to go to the practice base to carry out activities such as popularization, teaching, research and other activities. Give full play to students' initiative, establish a team of high-quality students' legal propaganda staff, and try to select a legal propagandist in each class at 08, preferably by outstanding student leaders of each class.
