Students' attitudes are not correct enough, their purpose is not clear enough, there is no goal to fight, the learning atmosphere is not strong, and the subjects are obviously and evil.

Second, the guiding ideology

Adhere to the people-oriented, implement the scientific development concept, pay attention to the development of each student, fully mobilize the enthusiasm of each class teacher, activate the enthusiasm of each student, develop the maximum potential of each student, and strive for everyone's gains. 4. Pay more attention to the academic performance and ideological fluctuations of the “squatting students”, and find out the problems and communicate with the relevant teachers in time to supervise the relevant teachers to provide targeted counseling to these students.
