My class has become one of the new graduating classes. First, the basic situation analysis

There are 31 people in my class. There are 16 boys and 15 girls. From the examination results of the last semester, it is not ideal. From the student's score segment, excellent students can still, but the proportion of poor students is too large, the proportion of middle students is not ideal, and the total score of 390 points or above is only 13 people. There are still many problems in students' learning discipline, learning behavior, and study habits. Students' attitudes are not correct enough, their purpose is not clear enough, there is no goal to fight, the learning atmosphere is not strong, and the subjects are obviously and evil.

Second, the guiding ideology

Adhere to the people-oriented, implement the scientific development concept, pay attention to the development of each student, fully mobilize the enthusiasm of each class teacher, activate the enthusiasm of each student, develop the maximum potential of each student, and strive for everyone's gains. We must try our best to improve students' learning attitudes and further strengthen students' habits. Adhere to the requirements of clear, clear, and Zhou Zhouqing. Ask students to ask for truth and pragmatism.

1. Start the mobilization meeting at the beginning of the school, do a good job of the students' ideological work; analyze the status quo, carefully study the actual situation of the students; put some pressure on the students; strengthen the unity and cooperation with the teachers.

2. Regularly hold student symposiums to analyze the current situation of students' thoughts, psychology, habits, achievements, etc., sum up experience, identify gaps, and discuss countermeasures. Keep abreast of the students' ideological dynamics and learning situation, and strive to "preserve excellence, raise the middle, turn worse" and get rid of the "tail" of poor students.

3. Strengthen the management of students; strengthen the construction of class and study style. Always pay attention to the students' ideological dynamics and deal with them accordingly to ensure that students are stable, happy, and proactive in learning every day, and to provide psychological support for efficient learning.

4. Pay more attention to the academic performance and ideological fluctuations of the “squatting students”, and find out the problems and communicate with the relevant teachers in time to supervise the relevant teachers to provide targeted counseling to these students.
