During this semester, I have a better understanding of the classes I have, the characters and hobbies of my students, and I have learned a lot about the class. Therefore, my class guide work arrangement will be more realistic in this semester, and the operability will be stronger. I will try to make every student have new development and improvement on the basis of the original work. The plan is as follows:

It is now the second semester of the children's enrollment. It has adapted to the daily life and study of the school. Every rule and regulation is not unfamiliar to them. However, first-year students are still young, have poor self-control, and cannot maintain good stability in behavior and emotions. In order to enable students to build a stronger sense of discipline, cultivate their sense of responsibility and collective honor, and enhance their ability to self-manage. This semester, I will continue to strengthen the training and education of students' routines. Mainly use the following times:

1. Timely use the daily morning inspection time to solve the problems in the class in time to eliminate various safety hazards.

2. Make full use of the time of the team to continue to lead students to learn the relevant code of conduct, and combine the three habits of our school to develop education to guide students to carry out "commendation" and "criticism." Let students further clarify what behavior is right and what is wrong, so that students develop good study, life and behavior habits. In addition to making full use of "better than anyone's habits" in daily teaching, I will also make a summary in the monthly combined monthly evaluation class to judge the monthly "customized little stars." Students who perform well are praised in the class and rewarded with a certificate. For students who are not performing well, timely dialing, guiding, and strengthening education.

3. Reasonably use the flag-raising ceremony and major festivals to strengthen students' moral education.
